Organizing space
Papers
Papers represent the third category in the KonMari method of organizing. The key to tidying up papers is to realize that most of the papers we accumulate do not bring any real joy or benefit to our lives.
Why organize papers?
Paper clutter often burdens us unnecessarily. Excess paper:
- Creates visual chaos in our space
- Makes it harder to find really important documents
- Takes up valuable space in the home
- Can cause stress and feelings of disorganization
The basic principle of organizing papers
When it comes to paperwork, there is a simple principle: keep only what is absolutely necessary. Documents you should keep include:
- Birth certificates and other identity documents
- Legal documents (contracts, policies, wills)
- Important certificates and diplomas
- Financial documents you can’t keep electronically
Organisation of papers
After sorting the documents, it is ideal to divide them into logical categories and store them vertically in binders or special boxes. Vertical storage allows you to:
- See all documents at once
- Easily select a specific document without breaking the order
- Use space more efficiently
You can place the papers you only need temporarily in a separate compartment. Check it regularly and throw away documents you no longer need.
Papers are just one part of a comprehensive system KonMari. If you want to learn all the principles of this method and learn how to effectively organize your home to create a space that brings you joy, feel free to use my consultation services. There I will reveal to you all the practical techniques and tips on how to achieve order and harmony in your home.
In the section below you can see a sample of my work in the “clothing” category – before and after photos, process shots and short videos. All materials are published only with the express permission of the owners of the premises.
Note: I’m only listing a few select projects in the gallery, not every part of the house or every completed cleaning festival. My job is not to create content but to help create spaces that reflect the owners and make them happy.
Invitation to cooperation
I look forward to the opportunity to help you transform your space into a place where you feel truly at home. I believe that the best results come from a combination of precision, creativity, and careful listening to the client’s needs.
